1. What this service is

My Flight Itinerary provides free browser-based tools that generate sample flight itineraries and perform travel-planning calculations. The service does not sell, book, reserve or price air travel, and is not affiliated with any airline, airport or reservation system. Some pages contain labelled affiliate links to third-party booking sites; use of those sites is governed by their terms, not these.

2. Permitted use

You may use this service for trip planning, education, training, demonstration, software development and personal reference. You may print, save and share the documents it generates, provided you do not represent them as genuine airline bookings.

3. Prohibited use

You must not use this service, or any document it generates:

• As evidence of a booking in a visa or immigration application
• As proof of onward or return travel at airline check-in or at a border
• To deceive any person, airline, employer, insurer or authority into believing a booking exists
• To support a claim to any insurer, employer or third party
• To create documents intended to imitate an airline's own documents, branding or letterhead
• In any way that is unlawful, or that breaches the acceptable use policy

You must not attempt to remove, obscure, alter or circumvent the sample watermark or the SAMPLE — NOT ISSUED markings, or modify generated output to add a booking reference, ticket number, barcode or airline branding.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that reference data is accurate, current or complete; that calculations correspond to real flight distances, durations or schedules; or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. See the disclaimer.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from use of this service — including without limitation missed flights, denied boarding, refused visa or entry applications, financial loss, or decisions made in reliance on any information or document obtained here.

You are solely responsible for verifying travel arrangements with the airline or an authorised provider, and for checking entry and document requirements with the relevant official authority.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Intellectual property

The design, text and code of this site are ours. Airport data is used under the public-domain dedication of its source. Airline and airport names, codes and trade marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here as factual reference; their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement. 7. Content you enter

We do not collect or store the information you enter into the generator. It is processed in your browser and, if you take a share link, encoded into that link. You are responsible for the content you enter and for anyone you share a link with. Do not enter passport numbers, payment details or other sensitive personal data. See the privacy policy.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above shows when they last changed, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

We may restrict access to anyone who breaches these terms or the acceptable use policy.
