Data corrections are especially welcome — they benefit everyone using the tools.

There is no contact form, because a form would mean collecting and storing what you send. Email keeps that between you and your own mail provider.
Reporting a data error
If an airport record, airline code, hub or time zone is wrong, please include the IATA code or airline name, which field is wrong, and what the correct value should be — with a source if you have one.
Errors that originate in the OurAirports dataset are best corrected at the source as well, where the fix reaches everyone who uses it. See data sources for what comes from where.
Questions about the tools
How it works covers the generator step by step, and methodology gives the formulas behind every number. If something is still unclear, that is useful feedback in itself.
Questions about travel requirements
We cannot advise on whether a specific document will be accepted for a specific visa, airline or border, and any answer we gave would be worth less than the official one. The proof of onward travel and visa document guides link directly to the authorities that can answer.
Reporting misuse
If you have encountered documents generated here being presented as genuine bookings, or a site republishing these tools with the safety markings removed, please get in touch. That is exactly what the design is meant to prevent, and we would want to know it had failed.
