Flight time zone planner

Work out what the clock will say when you land — including whether the calendar date changes. Offsets are resolved for your travel date, so daylight saving is handled correctly.

Why itineraries show two local times

Both times on an airline itinerary are local to their own airport, which is what you need at the airport but means you cannot subtract them to get a duration. London 08:35 to New York 11:35 is an eight-hour flight, not a three-hour one.

Daylight saving changes the gap

London and New York are five hours apart for most of the year, and four hours apart for a few weeks in spring and autumn when the two regions switch on different dates. This planner uses each airport's IANA time zone and resolves the offset for the date you enter.
